The 2010 " The Haunting of Jordan Manor Estate" production was attended by more than 4000 visitors, over 3 days from Oct.29 - Oct.31 2010.
Our late opening added to the anticipation and excitment of a spooktacular 3 days.
The new "Monster Hall" with it's cast of more than 15 creepy residents, eerie lighting and the up beat theme music from Starwars bar scene , was the HIT of the show and pronounced the SCARIEST part of the display.
The Glow Gallery Carnival was completely refurbished this year using professional quility glow paint that gave off a glow like never before. It also saw the edition of a 12ft hanging Clown and a giant glowing Clown head. Many photo ops were taken for sure.
Many guests made comments such as " awesome", " that was fabulous - much more than I expected" and "the best halloween display I have ever been to" 2010 also saw the instulation of a see through, drop panel, portrait of a Victorian Gentleman in the portait gallery hallway. It is positioned so that Witchy can see and greet her guests and so the odd visitor may be surprised.
A new and comforable control booth was also completed this year - but seen only by the back stage crew, and was also truly appeciated.
Only a few embelishments got done this year and several projects got started but not finished. I am in a good place to get started for this coming year - Our 30th Anniversary. |
